What is
Legal Aid?
Legal Aid as it is known is our continuing belief in equal access to justice for all. Everyone should have the right to high quality legal advice, regardless of their ability to pay. We provide that high quality advice to the people of Yorkshire and give them the equality to which they are entitled.
We are also committed to helping you if you do not qualify for Legal Aid by looking at a range of other funding sources and payment options when we first sit down with you. Please do not assume that if you cannot pay, we cannot help. Our rates are competitive, and we can explore the opportunity to fund your case on a fixed fee basis.

We don’t see ourselves as just legal advisers. We believe that we are partners with our clients support networks, helping them to achieve organisational aims. If you work with or
support our client base you may be able to take advantage of our range of additional legal services.

In House Surgeries – we can arrange to visit your offices and be on hand to have informal discussions or provide advice & support to your teams on the key housing law issues which could benefit your customers.
Training
